As soon as you click the button to Get Started, you will be redirected to a scheduling page where you can choose a 30 minute time slot for our Discovery Call. We will discuss your Company, Benefits, Job Specifications and Key Information that we will need to hire for you.
Write & post Job ad
Within 2 Business Days of Discovery Call
Based on information collected, we will craft a job posting to attract applicants to your job opening and highlight what makes your company a great place to work. We will then post, and sponsor, your job ad on Indeed for the number of agreed upon days.

Based on Agreed Upon Job Post Length
After the posting deadline expires, we will review up to 50 resumes! We will use the criteria provided by you to identify applicants that meet or exceed your requirements for the job. We will then choose the best qualified applicants to move on to the next stage.
Applicant Pre-screen
Based on Agreed Upon Job Post Length
We will reach out to the applicants identified during the previous stage. We will schedule them for a video or phone screen and dive further into the applicants knowledge, skills and abilities related to the job. We will evaluate the candidates for a job match.

How are we different from a traditional staffing agency?
We are so glad you asked!
Staffing agencies provide a great service, but we don’t operate as one and our fee structure is WAY different.
We don’t base our Smart Hiring Service fees on the salary of your new hire. We have one set rate, so that you can easily fit this service into your budget. No surprises. No fee negotiations.
Speaking of fees, most staffing agencies charge fees equal to between 15-20% of a new hire’s salary. Our Smart Hiring Service fees are not based on your new hire’s salary. But as a comparison, our fees generally fall between 1-8% of a new hire’s salary. Yes, you read that correctly! The savings to you are in the thousands.

Do you offer any discounts?
While we don’t offer any discounts, we do allow you to make multiple hires from one job posting! What does this mean? Example: You need to fill 3 customer service rep jobs. We will post the job with the aim of providing you with 3 qualified candidates. If you love them all, you can hire them all – for only $795!
How much of MY time will be involved?
Not much at all. Our goal is to handle the most time consuming pieces of hiring, so that you can focus on choosing the right fit for your company. We handle most of the administrative pieces of hiring, as well as sifting through all of the resumes to best match applicants to your position specs. We will need a bit of time from you initially to understand your company and position(s) and then all you need to do is schedule, interview and hire the top candidate(s). We will even provide you with an offer letter template and send out rejection notifications to the applicants that are not presented to you.
Are you a staffing agency?
Not at all! Staffing agencies, who proactively source candidates, provide a great service, but we don’t operate as a staffing agency. We are HR professionals who will take the hiring administration burden off of your plate. Think of all of the time consuming pieces of hiring such as writing the job ad, sifting through resumes and pre-screening applicants. We help you get your time back AND hire great people!
How long will it take for you to get my job posted?
After we capture your company and position details, we can get your job posted within 2 days, but typically you will see the job posted within hours.
How does your pricing compare to a staffing agency?
We have one flat rate for each job posting. Staffing agencies, on average, will charge about 15-25% of the hire’s salary in fees to the employer. And that number can really add up! As a percentage, our flat fee typically lands between 1-8% of the hire’s salary.
How long will my job be advertised for?
We offer flexibility for you to choose between 5, 7, or 9 days on Indeed. We strongly recommend that you allow a job to be posted over a weekend and into a Monday night. As that is when we find the most active job seekers. But the choice is yours!
What if you are unable to find 3 qualified candidates?
Great question because this may happen! We pro-rate our pricing based on the candidates we are able to send. If we are able to send:
- 3 Candidates = $795.00
- 2 Candidates = $530.00
- 1 Candidate = $265.00
- 0 Candidate = $0.00
Can you send me more (or less) than 3 qualified candidates?
You will only receive less than 3 candidates, if we are unable to provide you with 3 candidates. However, you can request that we send you additional candidates.
During our call to collect your job details, we will ask you if you would like more than 3 candidates be sent to you. The additional cost per candidate sent is $265.00.
